Pennsylvania Smoking establishments

Effective September 11th 2008 the Pennsylvania smoking ban goes into effect. Act 27 called the Clean Indoor Air Act, does not address clean air, it only bans smoking inside most places. Some drinking establishments are eligible for an exception. Smokers and their friends should patronize those places that jumped through the hoops to gain the exception. Smokers and their friends are a powerful economic segment and should oppose the ban by avoiding smoke banned places and patronizing the places that allow it.
Please submit any drinking establishments that allow smoking so that we may create a list of businesses to patronize.
